Yes! Every confirmed group member receives their own individual voucher to use during the tour. That way, everyone can enjoy the perks included with the group booking. Tour Operators and Drivers included!
No — our bear habitat is not always open, and we do not open it outside of scheduled hours. For the safety and well-being of the bears and our team, the habitat operates on specific daily hours only.
If the habitat is closed during your group’s visit, don’t worry! Any bear habitat vouchers you receive are still good for the remainder of the year. Your guests can return any time before year-end to enjoy the experience
At this time, we are unable to open the habitat outside of posted operating hours.
Yes — groups who purchase or receive bear habitat access will still receive vouchers even if the habitat is not open during the visit. These vouchers remain valid for the rest of the calendar year.
