BEAR HABITAT
There is a nominal fee to enter our bear habitat, which goes towards the care and maintenance of our bears. Children under the age of 2 can enjoy the bear habitat for free. It’s a unique opportunity to learn about and observe these magnificent creatures up close.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired one. Feel free to check back with us in a few days for any updates.
